A working rule from weighted calisthenics: 15% of your bodyweight is a strong working load. 20% is elite territory. Pick the vest where most of your work will sit — you can always run it lighter.
The 10kg stays 10kg. The 16kg becomes an 8kg vest with 8 blocks pulled.

Excellent quality and a perfect fit. I shopped around a lot before settling on this one, and it's been amazing to walk with so far. The weight sits evenly across front and back so I get zero back ache on long walks. Quality material and very strong stitching. No issues at all since I bought it. Highly recommend. Good quality, weights come out easily. My partner loves it! You do have to figure out your own way of adjusting the strap onto your body, but it worked out fine.

The vest sits high on the chest, which I actually prefer over it resting on the stomach. The reinforcing strap is more complicated than it needs to be — the buckle strap is too loose. Simple Velcro all the way through would be perfect, no buckle needed. Tip: turn the strap around so the buckle sits at the back. Fits way better that way, and the vest doesn't flap when you run.

Great vest — my only gripe is that I weighed every bar and they come in around 945g each, which works out to roughly 500g less on the full vest than you're paying for. That said, it's still heavier than my old 18kg vest and a lot easier to adjust the weights on.
Quality is robust. Fits well enough — I'd expect it to work for most body shapes. Weights were correct. No issues so far. Will update if anything changes.
Has pockets for adding weight beyond 20kg, but I couldn't find anywhere to buy extra weights.

The vest is exactly what it says it is. Very easy to put on, and great that you can adjust the weight by simply removing each 1kg block from its own pocket.

I bought this with an idea of how it would fit, and as you'd expect it didn't fit me quite as perfectly as I imagined. I'm not a big guy, so the vest sits a bit loose around the chest during push-ups and the shoulder straps are a touch wide for my liking. Otherwise it's a great product and doesn't hold me back from a solid workout. Takes a little getting used to. I really like it — just don't expect a perfect fit out the box (a chest strap to tighten it would be a nice addition).

The body weights are really effective — they've improved my power and my speed. They're not too heavy and they're easy to use.
The vest gives me the extra weight I was after. The downside is that during push-ups, the weights on the front stop you from coming down almost to the ground the way you would without the vest. My suggestion: the vest would work even better if it didn't carry weights on the front.
I'm amazed by the quality of this vest. I really love that you can make it lighter or heavier as you go. The only thing is, it could probably use a bit more support around the shoulders.
