Shipping policy

Where we ship

South Africa only, door-to-door, anywhere in the country. We do not ship outside South Africa.

When it ships

Everything ships from our warehouse in Cape Town.

Order before 11am on a business day and it ships the same day. Order after 11am, or on a weekend or public holiday, and it ships the next business day.

What it costs

Checkout shows your delivery options and what each one costs, before you pay. All prices are in South African Rand.

Who delivers

The Courier Guy, door-to-door. You get a shipping confirmation by email when your order leaves the warehouse, with a tracking number once one is available.

Door-to-door means a physical street address, in business hours, with someone there to take the parcel. A work address is often easier than a home address. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Check the parcel before you sign

If the box is damaged when it arrives, note it with the driver and email us the same day. That makes a transit claim straightforward.

If something goes wrong

Late, damaged, or never arrived — email hello@calisthenicsafrica.co.za with your order number and we will sort it out.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
